Mallorca, the larger of the two islands, is known for its breathtaking beaches and crystal-clear waters. However, there is much more to discover beyond the coastline. The island boasts the impressive Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which offers spectacular hiking and cycling opportunities. Visitors can also explore the charming capital city of Palma, which features a well-preserved historic center with a stunning cathedral and a beautiful castle.

Menorca, on the other hand, is a quieter and more relaxed destination with idyllic landscapes and hidden coves. The island was declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO due to its unspoiled nature and the preservation of its traditional architecture. The island is also home to impressive megalithic monuments, which date back to prehistoric times and offer a glimpse into the island's ancient history.
